TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE 1 WEEK 5

                                                   TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE 1

                                                         WEEK 5 (Dec 4th - Dec 8th)

    The week started with much happiness and a feel of making each and every day a special one.  As usual we reached everyday to school at 9:15am and we signed our registers.  Monday as soon as we reached the school we were divided into pairs and we were asked to conduct election of students to the school parliament.  It was our first experience and so we were a bit nervous as well as excited.  Beyond our expectation we could manage the election well and it was over by 10am.

    We had given substitution on all days in different classes and most of the classes allotted to us were 6th and 7th standards.  On Wednesday, a program was organized as part of Teens club.  The formal function was over by 10:30am and the cultural programs began by 10:45am.  We were given the duty of managing the students seated over there and at the same time we could enjoy the programs well.  It was like a relaxation in midst of our hectic schedule.  This week we were all actually busy as we needed to complete the portions for Christmas exam that is to begin from 13th of December.  We all were able to finish the portions on time and completed our one month of teaching practice successfully and happily.
