TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE 1 WEEK 12

                                                 TEACHING PRACTICE PHASE 1

                                                         WEEK 12 (Jan 29th - Jan 31st)

        The last week of the teaching practice phase 1 has thus arrived.  Monday began as usual but still we all had a different feeling in our minds.  We started to rewind the first day we came to the school to collect our portions.  That day could never be forgotten, and we all have come a long way from that.  Three months went so fast beyond our thinking.  We the seven trainees became like a family and learned a lot of things together that will surely help in our future endeavors.  From the scratch we were able to understand the activities, exhibitions, responsibilities of a teacher, behavior towards students and of course most importantly patience.

    We could ourselves feel the change in us.  Wednesday was the final day.  I went to my classes 8C and 9C.  Their feedbacks, small handwritten notes, cute handmade gifts, their love and innocent smiles made me fill with tears.  I distributed chocolates and said goodbye with happiness and sadness. During the lunch break each one of us went to meet our concerned teachers and received their blessings.  After that we went to the office to get our records signed and sealed.  After having a tea from the canteen, with lots of memories and good lessons we said goodbye to GHSS for girls, cottonhill which was more like a second home to all us.  Each one of us is greatly indebted to God Almighty for his abundant blessings and specially to our teachers, dear parents and friends for proper guidance, care and support.
