TEACHING PRACTICE : PHASE II WEEK 1

Second Phase of Teaching Practice

Embracing New Beginnings: My Second Phase of Teaching Practice

As the calendar flipped to July, I eagerly stepped into the second phase of my teaching practice. On July 1st, I was assigned to class 8G, marking the beginning of a new journey filled with anticipation and enthusiasm.

The first week was dedicated to introducing the students of 8G to the fascinating world of geometry. Specifically, we delved into the first chapter of the 8th standard curriculum, "Equal Triangles." This chapter forms the cornerstone of geometric principles, and I was excited to guide my students through it.

We discussed the basic properties of triangles.  The students were curious and asked numerous questions which made the session interactive and engaging.

Building on the previous day's foundation, we explored different types of equal triangles and their properties. I introduced them to the concept of equal triangles and how it plays a crucial role in identifying equal triangles.

On the third day, we focused on problem-solving techniques involving equal triangles. I presented various problems and guided the students through the process of solving them step-by-step. The goal was to ensure they could apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. By the end of the class, the students showed remarkable improvement and confidence in tackling geometry problems.
