TEACHING PRACTICE: PHASE II WEEK 5

WEEK 5 AND THE JOURNEY 29 July 2024, according to the scheduled timetable, I had two periods in 8G. In the third period, I conducted a problem-solving class on the topic of the algebraic method. I provided a challenging problem, but once the students understood the method to solve it, they found it easier to solve. They responded well to my questions and recalled the steps for solving algebraic problems. I also provided a follow-up activity. In the fourth period, I conducted an activity-based class on different types of equation problems. The main event of the day was the arts club competition. The trainee teachers were tasked with decorating the home theatre room for the event, which was part of the Van Gogh Day celebrations. 30 July 2024, I didn’t have any classes according to the timetable.
